La Guitare shipping policy
At this time we only ship to Canadian addresses. Any orders placed with shipping addresses outside of Canada will be canceled immediately.
Our Shipping Costs:
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you can view your shipping cost.

Our Shipping Methods:
We ship all packages via UPS. When your item is shipped we will send you the tracking number to the e-mail address used when completing your order. Orders being shipped to Eastern Canada should arrive within 4 days. Orders being shipped to Western Canada can take up to 10 days to arrive.

10 day Satisfaction guarantee! If you are not completely satisfied with any product for up to 10 days after your order is received, we will offer an exchange or a full refund of your purchase.

10 day Satisfaction Guarantee! If you are not completely satisfied with any product for up to 10 days after your order is received, we will offer an exchange or a full refund of your purchase. For online purchase returns, a minimum 15% restocking charge and shipping charges will apply.
Return Procedure:
Returns will only be accepted within 10 days of receiving your purchase either by in-store pickup or by the ship date you received it. All returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. The actual freight charge for both ways will be deducted from your refund on top of the restocking fee.
Returns must include all original packaging, manuals and warranty cards. Customer must supply a copy of the original invoice. All returns will be inspected for wear or abuse, additional charges may apply. Returns after 10 days will NOT be accepted.
No returns on special orders, discontinued or clearance items, software, books, harmonicas, drum heads, or sticks.
La Guitare does not give cash refunds if you paid by VISA, MASTERCARD or AMEX you will be refunded by a credit to your card (processed within 7 business days).

Once you have your RA# (Return Authorization), write it on the package of the item. Returns sent to us without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.
