Peavey TriFlex® II
The Triflex™ II is a 1000 Watt three piece, two-channel sound system, already tweaked and ready to go for sound reinforcement, DJ gigs, and various music playback duties. Consisting of a shared Subwoofer cabinet and a pair of Satellite speakers, the system has been pre-engineered for a balanced sound and a crisp, punchy presentation. The three-way effective performance that the system is capable of provides a clear sound at high output levels, with plenty of punchy bass.
Our reputation for reliability and innovation starts with the SP Series, and with good reason: for more than three decades, these renowned loudspeaker enclosures have been the proving ground for many of our enduring innovations in sound reinforcement. SP Series enclosures are built to last in the U.S.A. with patented and exclusive technologies that not only make your sound clear and true, but also efficient and strong.
The legendary SP 5 has been a mainstay enclosure for more than two decades. Peavey’s engineering team has completely redesigned this new SP 5 making it lighter weight and more robust sounding than ever. This two-way full range enclosure will easily handle 800 Watts of program power and peaks up to 1600 Watts.
Updated technology gives the new Peavey SP 2 better performance, sound dispersion and lighter weight at an unbelievably low price. This rugged and dependable two-way enclosure uses a 15 in. Peavey Black Widow speaker that will handle up to 2000 Watts of peak power and has a field-replaceable basket for quick, easy repair.
Every enclosure in the SP Series features our field-replaceable speaker basket design, an exclusive feature that allows you to replace blown cones on the gig with ease. Speaker re-coning is expensive and can take weeks, but with Peavey speakers you can replace the entire cone just by removing three screws. And only Peavey speakers are made to the precise tolerances required for field replacement.
The Peavey XR8600 features 8 new improved low noise mic preamps, multi point clip sampling and a new subsonic filter to prevent low frequency power robbing. New graphic equalizers have multi-Q bandwidth to allow some filters to perform feedback control while others perform tone control and have Peavey’s patented FLS (Feedback Locating System) with channel mute switch packaged in a rugged plastic casing. It also offers DDT™ speaker protection and DSP based effects with parameter control.
